This programme is being introduced across the East of England in conjunction with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), employer groups like the BHA and networks of 'hands on' industry experts.
The programme is heavily subsidised, so fees can be very attractive indeed. These subsidies go towards paying for benchmarking, one-to-one business improvement sessions and best practice workshops. Basically you pay £99 plus VAT and the value you get back in advice and training is £3,000.
