Customer Service and Sales online trainingWould you like to increase sales, customer satisfaction and employee performance?

Customer service and sales training will help you achieve this and more through a simple and flexible e-learning programme.

  • Sales targeting - the programme breaks down incremental sales targets into sizes and amounts that staff can achieve.
  • Customer satisfaction- gaining a daily perspective of your performance from at least one customer in terms of: - speed, product knowledge, value for money, friendliness, efficiency.
  • Employee performance -it provides employees with checklists that set the benchmark for: - basic skills (product knowledge and technical skills); customer skills (understanding their motivations for eating/drinking out and their expectations) and sales skills (creating and maximising sales).

Businesses using this programme in a class room environment have seen increased sales in excess of 10%, employee turnover halved and employee longevity doubled.

This pilot will help determine whether a similar programme delivered on-line will have the same effect. Click the link for more detailed information about Customer Service & Sales on-line training,
